From the time he was a small child and rearranging his mother's living room and his own bedroom on an almost compulsive basis, it was apparent he was meant to be a designer. His architectural ability was seasoned by Lincoln Logs and card deck houses as a child to planning and building his own club house as a young teen. Donovan Lord studied Marketing at Southern Methodist University as well as received his BFA in Interior Architecture and Design from Academy of Art University San Francisco.
